New Terminal 2 building which will produce 40% less carbon dioxide than the buildings it is replacing. Large north-facing windows in the roof will reduce the need for artificial light and while minimising solar gain. The solar panels on the roof reduce dependency on energy supplies and a new energy centre, partially fuelled by renewable resources, will provide heating and cooling.

LCEA worked on the Westfield Stratford City Development project in London, which is part of the UK’s largest ever regeneration projects and a core component of London 2012. As Europe’s largest urban shopping centre at 1.9 million sq ft, it includes a dynamic and targeted mixture of over 300 shops anchored by John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, 17-screen Vue cinema, all attracting a 4.1 million catchment population with a £3.24 billion weighted spend.

LCEA project managed and carried out the Energy Performance Assessments for the magnificent but long disused St Pancras Hotel which was regenerated into 425 bedroom hotel & sixty seven apartments located at the front elevation of St Pancras Station.
