The individuals listed on the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) Register of Accredited NEC3 ECC Project managers are located at The register has been set up to recognise the technical and practical skills required of a project manager using the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). The individuals on the register have completed the ECC Project manager Accreditation programme and have successfully passed the stage 1 and stage 2 assessments.

Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 ‘Queens Terminal’.

Contracted to Honeywell working on the HETCo1 & 2 projects. Managing a commercial team on site providing commercial management and contract administration under the NEC® ECC Form of Contracts, Option A & E. Working on the final construction phase and commercial close out on the Terminal’s Building Energy Management Systems, Dali Lighting Control, Fire Alarm and PAVA Systems. Circa £20 million


Olympic Delivery Authority – London 2012.

Contracted as a specialist Commercial Manager providing: – Contract administration and commercial close out for the Specialist Security Capital Projects on the Olympic Park (London 2012). Responsible for the commercial management of the installation of the Command Perimeter Security Systems (CPSS) – Electrified Fencing, CCTV, Infra Red & White Lighting, Perimeter Intruder Detection Systems, Radiological Alarm Detection systems (RAD) and Screening & Searching systems (S&S) across the whole Olympic Park and the decommissioning of these systems under the NEC® Form of Contacts. Circa £60 million
